All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. The final price for an order will be confirmed at checkout. Payment for orders must be made through our accepted payment methods. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. Delivery services are provided within specified areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings at our children’s play café. By making a booking, you agree to the following:
Session Times
Play sessions run at: 9:00 to 10:30, 11:00 to 15:00, and 15:30 to 17:00
Reset and cleaning breaks take place between each session to ensure a safe, hygienic environment.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
All bookings are non-refundable, including in cases where children are unwell.
Advance booking is recommended.
Walk-ins are welcome where sessions are not already fully booked.
Pricing
Children: £8 per session.
One non-mobile baby may attend free with each paying child.
1 Adult per child booking is allowed free of charge.
Additional adults are only permitted at the managers discretion.
Age Policy
The play area is designed for children up to 6 years old.
Entry for ALL children is at management discretion.
Health & Illness
To protect the wellbeing of all families:
Children must be clear of sickness and diarrhoea for 48 hours before attending.
Attendance following infectious illnesses (e.g., chicken pox or HFM) is at staff discretion. All spots or scabs must be fully dry, and children must appear generally well.
Any child considered unwell or potentially infectious may be refused entry or asked to leave.
No refunds can be given if entry is refused due to illness.
Safety Rules
We operate a strict no-shoes policy in all play areas.
Socks or tights must be worn at all times by both children and adults.
Staff have the right to request that socks or tights be worn and may refuse play if this policy is not followed.
Behaviour & Supervision
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during their visit.
We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if behaviour compromises the comfort or safety of others.
External Classes & Private Hire
Special sessions, classes and quiet-time events may run throughout the year and will be advertised on our website and/or social media.
The venue is available for private hire for small professional groups including childminders, nurseries, SEN groups and toddler groups. Separate hire terms will apply.
Food & Drink
Only food and drink purchased from the venue may be consumed on the premises unless otherwise agreed.
All meals and snacks are homemade on site in our fully compliant kitchen.
Changes & Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event we need to amend or cancel a session, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative session or a refund.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking or entering the venue, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Collection: Our goal is to provide the best food collection service possible and we have an excellent reputation for on-time collections. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan, occasionally preventing us from achieving this. We reserve the right to refuse your order should it be necessary. In the event of 2 to 4 Berry Lane Ltd ta Longridge Canteen needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 - 10 working days. Once an order has been successfully transmitted to store, it is not possible to cancel the order.
We are committed to responsible retailing. Any age-restricted products shown on our website to purchase, require valid photographic ID. You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol and tobacco products. Valid photographic ID is required for all purchases and deliveries of alcohol or tobacco. If you cannot produce valid ID upon receipt of an order we will not be able to deliver or fulfil this order. Proof of age ID accepted are as follows: PASS approved ID cards, UK Photo Driving License, Passports and Military ID.
If your delivery contains alcohol or tobacco products you must be able to provide our delivery driver with valid photographic ID to accept the delivery and be 18 years or older. Under no circumstances will we deliver alcohol or tobacco products without seeing valid photographic ID and obtaining a signature of that person.
All deliveries must be accepted by an individual, in person, I.e. Goods/items will not be left in a safe place. Records of all our transactions will be maintained. There is no option to pay cash for deliveries of alcohol and tobacco products, all transactions must be paid for via credit/debit card. Upon delivery of the order we will require to see your payment card as an additional form of ID. We retain the right to refuse any sale of alcohol or tobacco products if valid photographic ID cannot be produced. All refused sales will be recorded. Proof of age ID accepted are as follows: PASS approved ID cards, UK Photo Driving License, Passports and military ID.
